This project is focused on developing a new calendar tool for a course management system called OfCourse. The OfCourse system allows the user to integrate the system with a predefined set of tools into already existing web courses. The new calendar tool, which is implemented in PHP and mySQL database, is one of many tools of the system. The tool allows the instructor to create and maintain a course syllabus quickly and easily. Upon completion, usability tests showed that the new tool was easy to use and performed appropriately.
