Environment communication link -- comparing views

Public

Office spaces are business tools that affect daily interaction and communication. Eastern and Western perspectives offer completely different concepts of communication and approaches to environment design. These two perspectives can supplement, complement, and contrast each other. By utilizing the most significant aspects of each, a cohesive solution can be achieved. In this investigation, I have interviewed and observed employees in an organization to examine both their office design and communication habits to ultimately suggest improvements based on a cohesive design.
