The goal of this project was to plan and execute an implementation of event scheduling software at WPI. This software would coordinate effects between multiple departments including: the Events Office, Chartwells, Plant Services, the IMC, and Campus Police. This implementation would greatly simply the university's complex and outdated event scheduling process.
