Virtual Assistant technology, its current maturity level, and its application at Fidelity Investments was investigated. Research into currently available virtual assistants led to an implementation of an eGain Virtual Assistant to aid in opening an account online. Results, recommendations, and future areas of work were presented to Fidelity Investments.
