How Technology is Helping Artists in Himachal Pradesh

We explored how artists in Himachal Pradesh, India use technology in the creation and distribution of their art. The team conducted interviews with a sample of artists to document their perspectives. We found that while many artists avoid technology in the creation of their work, they are using technology to aid in sharing their products, as well as to learn and teach new techniques. Future research could track the evolution of technology over time or focus in-depth on specific mediums.
