Analysis of fire-damaged concrete investigations

Public

Fire investigation methodologies for fire-damaged concrete structures were researched and analzed resulting in the development of an organizational tool to be used for conducting fire investigations. The tool was developed to aid the investigator in processing structural concrete fire scenes. This is accomplished by providing four concrete fire investigation summaries with flowcharts to better understand the investigation. From these investigations a field guide is provided which can be effectively used to lead an investigator through the entire investigation process.
