Optimizing Workflow and Data Management for the CERES School of Nature and Climate Through the Implementation of Monday.com
Public DepositedThis project transitioned the CERES School of Nature and Climate's booking process from a manual process to an automated system using customer relationship management software. A human-centered approach was used to ensure a smooth organizational change that would fulfill user needs. We frequently consulted with key stakeholders and adjusted the system according to their feedback. After the completion of thorough staff training, we implemented the system to begin processing incoming bookings. The updated system reduced the time required to process a booking by 96%, eliminated sources of error, and improved customer experience. After transitioning CERES to the new system, staff are now able to devote additional time to teaching children how to care for and appreciate our Earth.
