The objective of this project is to evaluate the feasibility of rehabilitating the Chestnut Street Congregational Church. The project scope includes the development of a commercial property, with the intent to assess the efforts and assets necessary to develop, operate and maintain the property for a twenty-year span. This assessment considers initial investment costs, construction costs of new structural systems and return on investment compared to other investment options.
