This project contains an analysis of the new product development process for medical devices and a guidance manual targeting small businesses and entrepreneurs. In collaboration with Worcester FDA engineers, all federal regulations, legal issues, materials testing and current issues facing the medical device industry are included. The manual provides a comprehensive guide to allow small businesses to maximize their resources, comply with all federal regulations and successfully market their products.
