This report covers the research and implementation of a poverty elimination software platform. First, social service workers from multiple countries were interviewed to find new ways of applying technology to solve poverty. Based on those findings, we developed a mobile application for a nonprofit named Fundación Paraguaya. Our research showed that social service workers are welcoming to new technology that will improve their ability to perform their job. The application helps a social service worker track a family's status, and works both offline and online to support fieldwork in rural regions.
