Heat flow control experiment

Public

The goal of this project is to design and build a heat-flow control experiment (HFCE) that could be used to enhance students' learning experience at WPI. The HFCE system consists of a square duct with heating element and fan at one end and four temperature sensors located along the length of the duct. Using MATLAB?'s Simulink and a dSPACE interface board, a controller was designed to regulate the temperature along the duct to bring it to a desired level.
