Construction management plays a vital role in the construction industry today. The aspects that are important in completing a major project on time are scheduling, estimating, and coordination. This project focuses on these aspects in the construction of the Hilton Garden Inn in Worcester, MA. Without these aspects this project will not be completed on time and to the owner's liking. They are being examined by tracking the construction and coordination of the hotel through direct interaction with the key personnel which manage the project. To further our development in design we are conducting a preliminary structural design of a bridge spanning from the parking garage to the Hilton Garden Inn, and from the hotel to the hotel to the DCU Center.
