The objective of this project was to standardize financial reporting and decrease the time for information to flow to various individuals working with or for the Capital Management Branch of the Department of Human Services in Melbourne, Australia. A flowchart as well as employee input was utilized to determine content essential to the reports, and where delays occur. A template for the information was implemented allowing for ease of processing by an in house database and employees.
