Web-based network management

Public

Web Based Network Management is an exploration into the feasibility of using the Waterfall method to design, implement and test a network management station configurable via the World Wide Web. This product allows a network manager to monitor the machine status from anywhere on the network. The project led the members to experiment with many concepts including Java, GCI, socket connections, Inter-Process Communication and Object Oriented Design. The end-result is a fully functional web-configurable network management tool.
