Developing an interface evaluation system

Public

Morgan Stanley needed a system to evaluate the usability of their current applications. Through the course of the project, interfaces were evaluated, usability issues were identified, and the results were presented to the managers. The process evolved into the Interface Evaluation System, which includes a review on features of a good interface, a standard evaluation chart complete with formulas to measure usability, a user profile form, and step-by-step guidelines for completing evaluations derived over sixteen weeks of research and trials.
