We were hired by Tilcon Capaldi, Inc., to develop a method of tracking the information on and location of their small equipment. We examined different database possibilities until we decided on the program Skantrak Assets. We used Tilcon's Cranston, RI plant to create a prototype and display the system's abilities as well as recommend how Tilcon should go about implementing this new system into their daily operations and how to manage the employee resistance to this change.
