The London smog of 1952 -- popularizing science

Public

This project aims to define different ways in which writers can popularize scientific information for public consumption. In doing so, I produced two articles about London's Great Smog of 1952: one, "Lost in a Smog," typifies popular science magazines and emulates the magazine Scientific American; the other article, entitled "The Ghosts of London Past," attempts to capture the style of the New York Times Magazine, a general interest publication.
