This project assessed Information Technology (IT) Centers in four villages in the Mae Moh District of northern Thailand. We lived in these villages for four weeks conducting surveys and interviews to examine the accessibility and sustainability of each center. We established criteria to evaluate these centers and made recommendations for improvements in each one. Our methods of analysis could be applied elsewhere to study the impact of IT Centers on the digital divide.
