Formal early childhood development (ECD) strategies improve physical, cognitive, and social growth. This project assisted in continuing efforts to sustain the operation of Little Paradise Educare Centre in Flamingo Heights, South Africa. Through collaborative engagement with the crèche’s governing body, the community, and non-profit organizations, including our sponsor the Centre for Early Childhood Development (CECD), we assisted with the registration of the crèche, identification and implementation of sustainable funding strategies, and production of an administration model for ECD centers.
