Despite the recent, widespread adoption of same-day delivery platforms among many different industries, the homeowner construction market has yet to adopt a reliable e-commerce platform built for the rapid delivery of construction materials. It is the goal of Pallyt to provide a new, state-of-the-art e-commerce platform that will connect local hardware stores and specialty construction materials suppliers to consumers for the efficient location and delivery of materials. As part of this project, the Pallyt Business and Project Management Team 1 worked to develop a business model, evaluate risks, and establish a marketing strategy, while facilitating communication and leading coordination of the three Pallyt MQP teams.
