Most current research and design guidelines involving data visualizations focus on Western, Educated, Industrialized, Rich, and Democratic (WEIRD) cultures. This focus hinders insight into the presentation of data in non-WEIRD cultures, which may have different practices and approaches for displaying data based on culture and language differences. To help address this gap in the field of data visualization, we created a pipeline for the collection, storage, processing, and display of visualizations and their color data trends. Our tool is expansive while allowing for scalability and customization and was tested with 147 visualizations manually collected from Nigerian, Ecuadorian, and Indonesian online media.
