Complaint System Effectiveness
PúblicoThis document contains an analysis of a Complaint Management System put in place by the Department of Permitting Services located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The information used in this analysis was gathered from literature, group interviews, questionnaires, and the Hansen v7.6 software used by the Department of Permitting Services. Our objective was to provide the department with recommendations and means of improving their Complaint Management System to better improve their ability to serve the public.
