The purpose of this project was to enhance the WebRecourse system with an integrated calendar and syllabus tool. These tools allow for full syllabus creation, which is automatically integrated with a set of calendars to be used by both the instructor as well as students. Surveys were conducted prior to the development of the tools in order to gain knowledge as to what users of web based course management systems would like to see in the tools that we are creating. Usability tests were conducted after the development of the tools in order to measure the usability of the tools we developed.
