Arthritis Care is a multi-regional organization with communication needs that have outgrown its information technology resources. Implementation of a new Corporate Information Database (CID) was needed to improve the efficiency of the Arthritis Care internal communications structure. Our IQP project team designed and constructed a CID, with complementing training materials, based on research we conducted on the organisation. To facilitate our successful integration of the system we also conducted training seminars at regional locations of the organisation.
