The purpose of our project for ShopSmart Limited, an e-commerce leader in the UK, was to make recommendations regarding changes to ShopSmart.com. This was fulfilled through analyzing and comparing e-commerce web sites in the US and the UK, conducting surveys at WPI and King's College of London, and interviewing London residents. After analyzing the collected data, recommendations were presented regarding features that could be implemented on ShopSmart's web site while maintaining their impartial shopping guide.
