The purpose of this project is to study the relationship between light conditions and human stress levels, as well as designing a new counseling center for WPI. We conducted an adaptation of the Trier Social Stress Test participants in different light settings and compared the stress level using EEG data, cortisol hormone level, and heart rate data. The experiment was in two environments: Immersive Space and Virtual Reality.
