This project was commissioned by the London borough of Merton in order to execute preliminary steps of a resident consultation process on High Path Estate as a stage in the implementation of a combined heat and power system. In designing, administering and evaluating the survey and interview portions of the consultation, several site-specific issues were highlighted, but the process intent was to be replicable elsewhere as part of installing a sustainable energy system.
