A system has been designed and implemented to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the regional representation program provided by Montgomery County Regional Service Centers (RSC). A mail/online survey was developed and administered to assess this program. The survey received a 13% response rate and showed that the people who deal with the Centers believe that the Centers are achieving their goals. Our group recommends that Montgomery County continue to use the mail/online survey.
