This project analyzes the construction project management of the recently completed WPI Campus Center. Observations are made from the daily activities, the interactions between project's members, the problems that occurred with the project and the project manager's role. The use of Information Technology in the management of the project and the constructability issues related to the foundation wall are also analyzed. A cost estimate of the concrete work is prepared.
