This project aimed to enhance the data management system supporting the Adult Learning Program at CERES School of Nature and Climate in Melbourne, Australia. We followed a human-centred, iterative design approach, using recursive interviews with staff to develop a robust understanding of their needs. The result was a centralised system that includes automations to significantly reduce manual data entry, improve communication and create data reporting visualisations, complete with technical documentation and training.
