Design of a puck reinsertion mechanism

Public

The Gillette Company uses a mechanism to reinsert pucks that have been taken out of a continuous motion machine and need to be reinserted. The current mechanism has issues that hinder the operation of the machine. The objective of this project is to redesign and analyze the current puck reinsertion system. The final design will reinsert the puck without stopping the line of pucks on the conveyor.
