Bluetooth personal identification system

This project involved the design and implementation of a pocket size Bluetooth wireless communication device that is able to transmit personal information to a PC system equipped with a Bluetooth PC Card. The intended application of this system is to transmit important medical insurance information to a hospital's computer system the instant the patient enters the building. This project concluded with the successful development of a proof of concept prototype that demonstrated the aforementioned behavior.
