Massachusetts State Police MIS help desk system

The Massachusetts State Police Management Information Systems Unit is currently utilizing a help desk software system that formerly provided adequate functionality but recently was found to lack the desired functionality. After analyzing the business needs of the MSP MIS Unit, the project team designed and implemented a custom developed web-based help desk software package using currently available technologies including Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 and Active Server Pages. This new system rectifies the previous system's recognized functionality issues.
