A private, distributed web transaction framework

Online identity and presence, e-commerce and the philosophy of peer-to-peer computing have been identified as the shaping elements of a new online economy. As the importance of networked interaction and online transaction systems increases, so does the need for technology that provides a complete system that adequately integrates these ideas. This project examines the requirement for such a system and provides a usable reference implementation.

  • This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
