The construction of the Admissions and Financial Aid building, the Bartlett Center, is about to be completed. This project analyzes and evaluates the construction project management practices, observed from September 2005 to March 2006. It also analyzes design alternatives for the attic space and verifies the structural integrity of the floor system. Our research methods for this project involved obtaining documents related to the construction of the building as well as attending meetings with the project manager of the project.
