Digital audio equalizer

Public

The purpose of this project was to implement a digital audio equalizer utilizing the theory of multirate digital signal processing. The gain of the equalizer can be adjusted from -10dB to +10dB in five frequency bands. This gain is controlled by a user interface that utilizes the PIC microcontroller education board that connects to a Texas Instruments Digital Signal Processor. The algorithm worked in its entirety. There is room for possible improvement in the audio quality as suggested for future developments.
