This thesis reflects on key academic theatrical experiences that paved the way for the role of Production Manager for Lauren Gunderson's Silent Sky and presents a brief guidebook for aspiring Production Managers of the WPI theatre community. A timeline of the roles I have held in relation to production management, stage management and technical direction are revisited, with a strong focus on the challenges I faced, the skills I gained, and the lessons I learned outside the classroom. Using my experience on Silent Sky as a stepping point, I have compiled a list of advice that I would give, were I to mentor an inexperienced student in such a role.
