The stock market simulation was a 7-week project including two weeks of background research, four weeks of simulation, and 3 weeks of analysis. The objective of the project was to teach the basics of the market and two trading methods. The two methods used for their own simulation during this period: buy and hold as well as swing trading. Both methods were used successfully and took advantage of the rising stock prices. The resulting annual returns were 66.57% for the buy and hold, and 115.68% for the swing trading.
