This Major Qualifying Project defined the tasks undertaken by the student in the process of researching two business alternatives for a real estate property purchased by Carol Hamilton in Worcester, Massachusetts. The first proposed option involved building a commercial building on the land at a full expense of the client. The alternative involved research other businesses that can possibly lease the property and construct fully at her expense. The two options were researched, analyzed, and compared. Recommendations are presented in this report.
