This MQP is based on the construction of the Zottoli Elementary School in Holden, Mass. The report is focused on three major aspects of the construction of this building; Scheduling, Estimating and Design. There is a fourth section which deals with a process still relatively new to the industry: Web-based Project Management. We also developed our own web page related to the project.
