Network traffic subnet analysis tool

This report describes the development and design of a unique network measurement and analysis tool. The Subnet Analysis Tool can be used to generate reports regarding traffic patterns between different segments of a network as well as outside the network to the Internet. Depending on the network's topology and addressing scheme, this can be used to identify how different segments of a network are used and provide insight into the design of a network's infrastructure.

This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
