We conducted a technical exploration of the Hamilton Dataset, which tracks state-backed information on Twitter. Using the database as a starting point, we collected 2558 potential bot/troll accounts and analyzed that data. We also created Twitter accounts to follow prominent accounts in the dataset to analyze how it affects content on one's feed. Recommendations include using different methods to collect potential bot/trolls as well as increasing the data collected from the created Twitter accounts for more accurate results.
