This project analyzes construction project management practices and their application to the construction of the Worcester Hilton Garden Inn. Through attendance of weekly owner's meetings, visits to the job site, and review of project documents, information was gathered to summarize he project. This information is expressed through a generated schedule, cost estimate, and computer aided design of the project. Two alternative designs for the Worcester Pedestrian Sky Bridge are also included to provide an economical alternative to the original design.
