Design of a fuel cell powered scooter

Public

The objective of this project was to design a fuel cell powered scooter. The scooter is powered by two 12 volt batteries. This 24V battery supplies power to a 24V, 400W motor. The goal was to design a system that could power this scooter, by continuously recharging the battery with a hydrogen fueled fuel cell stack. This report incorporates the design of the fuel cell, battery charger, and motor controller which are based on optimum operating conditions for the scooter.
