Optimizing supply chain management decisions utilizing analytical models

Public

This project examined two supply chain management decision problems; product quality improvement and changing supplier evaluation. The problems were developed generically from case studies and, from those problems; decision models and computerized tools were created for subject matter experts within the industry. We conducted research, examined case studies, developed models and tools, and analyzed market testers' feedback of our models to create accurate representations of the decision problems. The team produced well-defined decision solutions to these two types of decision problems.
