A look at the state of piracy on college campuses finds that the policies used to inform students just what is acceptable are sorely lacking. These policies are reviewed and analyzed, and a generic policy is put for as being an ideal choice to base college policies off of. A thorough review of literature on campus piracy is given, along with results of surveys on the matter.
