The Stow Council on Aging had a system that did not meet its day-to-day business needs. The WPI team through system analysis, planning, and design and utilizing VB.net, MS Access, and Crystal Reports technologies created a new system named COATS (Council on Aging Tracking System). COATS provides the council with more accurate reporting capabilities, better functionality and ease of use.
