This project was focused on the development of a course management system, titled OfCourse. The system developed is different from typical course management systems in that it adds learning and communications tools to an instructor's website rather than adding the instructor's content to a predefined set of tools. Research was conducted in order to determine which tools would be most beneficial to implement. Upon completion usability tests showed that the system was easy to use and performed appropriately.
