This project was initiated to compile and analyze the current usage of data reports at The Hanover Insurance Group (HIG) and to provide the Hanover Technology Group (HTG) with a better understanding of the reporting system. Interviews were conducted and a SWOT analysis was developed as the primary deliverable, along with a set of recommendations for future improvement. HTG will be able to apply our analysis to current and future systems, making them more useful for end-users.
