The evaluation of emergency medical services
PublicContenu téléchargeable
open in viewerThis proposal, prepared for the city of Worcester, Massachusetts, will define Emergency Medical Services (EMS) systems and generate a standard model of EMS systems. Working from literature and interviews, we will describe the components of EMS and use it to compare different types of systems in order to illustrate strengths and weaknesses. This analysis will allow us to construct a tool by which communities can evaluate current emergency services, determine any weaknesses, and make necessary improvements.
